As part of the 15th edition of PMI DAY - National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises - Bonomi Group opened the doors of its companies, offering students a direct experience inside the world of production, with the aim of bringing young people closer to work and training opportunities.
On 21 November, students from High School Abba Ballini and CFP Zanardelli in Brescia visited the Rubinetterie Bresciane plant in Gussago, where they saw first-hand the valve and fitting production cycle of a historical company. On 22 November, students from the Beretta Technical Institute in Gardone Val Trompia explored the Valpres plant in Marcheno, discovering how valves are made for the industrial and oil and gas sectors.
In both visits, the young people showed great enthusiasm in observing production processes and meeting the professionals who every day contribute to the production of high-quality products, a symbol of Italian know-how. The theme of this edition of the PMI DAY, ‘BUILDING’, was the leitmotif of the days: building skills, awareness and opportunities for tomorrow. Through dialogue with Bonomi Group employees, the students were able to understand the value of continuous training and the group's commitment to supporting the growth of the territory and the new generations, aware that the future of the company also passes through their training.
