Management Engineering students from the University of Brescia visited Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi at its headquarters in Gussago today.
More than sixty students accompanied by Professor Andrea Bacchetti and Marco Ardolino could get a glimpse of corporate life and, more generally, the world of work.
Face to face with production managers, the students experienced an inspiring day inside the company departments, amid innovative machinery and qualified staff. During the day they were able to get to know some of Bonomi Group’s core values: growth of young talents through ad hoc programs, employees’ training through the development of hard and soft skills, creation of customized internal Academies and orientation to the well-being of the employees using several welfare initiatives.
Bonomi Group is a unique company that combines the plumbing sector with the naval, multi-utility and industrial ones, creating 100% made in Italy products and solutions that meet the needs of an international market. The company visit allowed the students to see first-hand how a company works, and it stimulated them to reflect on the future by listening to testimonies of entrepreneurs and employees. Stimulating new generations has always been a focal point of the Bonomi Group’s philosophy. Indeed, it has welcomed students inside its spaces for several years, involving them in activities such as plant tours, internships, or school-to-work projects.
The day that just ended is a concrete testimony of the closeness of the group companies to the new generations, to encourage and inspire their inclusion in the workforce since their schooling years.
